Outside the Forge Neuve has a pretty stone kitchen terrace next to a lovely herb garden. Formal lawns and rose gardens with gravel path leading to a wooden bridge over the river "Manaurie" which runs through the centre of the gardens. A Pergola with fire pit, brick banquettes and barbecue, - a fantastic area for al fresco lunches and romantic dinner parties.

To the left a large expanse of parkland leads to guest cottages and the original forge furnace, lakeside flower, fruit and vegetable gardens and to the lake itself.

To the right in a secluded position is a full size heated swimming pool with electric safety cover, a terrace for loungers abuts the pool.
